What if my image isn't in one of those formats? There are a lot of free tools that will convert your pictures into one of the above formats. Try this online one, or try Jasc's Paint Shop Pro (free trial). What if I don't have a PayPal account? PayPal will let you pay with any major credit card, regardless of whether you have an account with them! Plus, it's free, secure, and easy! Can you send overseas? Yes, since we send your picture digitally by email, we can send anywhere in the world. We have regular customers in Australia, Italy, and Japan. What resolution will you send my picture back to me in? We send the picture back in the exact resolution you uploaded in. We can accommodate any resolution--as long as the file size is below 3MB. What can I do with my picture after you send it back? You can use it in a variety of ways--many people use them as postcards, thank you cards, or greeting cards, but you can also have them printed on t-shirts, calendars, or posters (we recommend CafePress)--you're only limited by your imagination! What is involved with "podding" my picture? Many people assume you just need to take an outline and turn it into a silhouette on a colored background. We take a more precise approach, first carefully cutting around hair fibers, clothing, and skin to make sure the exact figure is separated from the background. We then go through the process of matching the hues in the skin tone of the object to the background color you've chosen. Once our artists have delicately achieved a perfect balance, we finalize your picture with the caption of your choice, and send it back to you.
